i mean, I had a small issue with my order, but they got back to me really quickly and took care of it without any hassle. Super easy to deal with, honestly.

I wasn’t impressed. It broke after just one day, and it just didn’t feel like it was worth the money.

Well... I’ve been getting PupBox for a little while now, and the treats have been hit or miss for us. My dog gets excited to try them, and he’s liked a few, but there have also been some that smelled a little odd or were just too hard for him to chew comfortably.
I do appreciate that they mix things up and include different kinds of treats, but for the price, I was expecting the quality to be a bit more consistent. We still use the ones he likes, but I’ve ended up giving away a few bags that just didn’t work for him

This box has been good for my pup right now. The stuff inside actually feels like it fits his age and that puppy stage he’s in, so it’s been useful for us.

My dog has been playing with these for a while now, and they’re still in one piece. No rips or loose seams yet, even around the little edges he usually chews on first

I really like the box once it actually shows up, and my pup gets excited for the stuff inside. But the shipping has been unreliable for me. Tracking barely updates, and it’s arrived late twice now. I also got the same copy-paste type response from support when I asked about it, which just made it more frustrating. Cute idea, just wish the delivery side was more consistent...

I was hoping to get some practical tips I could actually apply, but the training felt surface-level. To me, most of the content seemed geared toward complete beginners, so I didn’t really find it all that useful

I got pupbox when we brought home our new puppy, it’s been worth it. I mean, the toys are a little hit or miss, some became instant favorites, one or two were kind of ignored completely, but that’s puppies, I guess. The treats have been useful, and I actually like the training cards more than I expected. They’re nice to have when you’re standing there wondering what you’re supposed to be teaching next besides “please stop chewing that.” Price-wise, it feels fair compared to me wandering around buying random puppy stuff and hoping for the best. I did take off one star because one of the months felt a bit light, like I opened it and thought, “Wait, that’s it?” But overall, it’s a good box for the price and has made the whole new-puppy chaos a little easier.
